Ofe Oha or Ora (as some Igbo people call it) is one of the most delicious soups that is popularly made and eaten by the Igbo people all over the world. It is made with the leaves of a tree called oha leaves. Ora soup is often prepared with cocoa-yam, egusi or achi as the thickener.
In villages the Oha leave could be plucked directly from the fresh Oha tree shortly before using it to make the soup. This give it more native taste and appreciation.
